Going to the golf - ORIGINAL painting on canvas 100x100cm

I did this painting to coincide with the Dubai duty free open (The Irish Open) that was held in Lahinch in 2019.

It depicts two local farmers heading off on their tractor with their golf clubs in tow, whilst having jus the one! As the goat is an integral part of Lahinch golf course and their logo, it decided to make an appearance in the painting. Locally Willie Daly's signs can be seen scattered around the country roads, so I used this to help underpin the occasion.

The original of this is still for sale and is on show at Vaughans on the prom, Lahinch.
